Aerial Pro Imaging - Terms of Use
By submitting your order to Aerial Pro Imaging for terrestrial and aerial photography and videography services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:
1. Payment: Payment is due in full prior to the scheduled shoot. No refunds will be issued once the order is placed. In case of order cancellation, credits will be issued, which can be applied to future orders.
2. Cancellation: Cancellations do not incur any fees. However, credits will be applied for the canceled shoot, which can be used for future orders.
3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your shoot, a reschedule fee of $35 will be applicable if the request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot.
4. Delivery Timeframe: Most deliverables, including photographs, will be provided within 24 hours of the shoot. Videography deliverables will be provided within 36 hours.
5. Weather Conditions: Please be advised that weather conditions may cause delays or necessitate rescheduling. We will work with you to find an alternative date or time that suits both parties.
6. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting your order, you acknowledge your acceptance of these outlined terms and conditions.
