By placing an order with Aerial Pro Imaging for terrestrial or aerial photography and videography services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment
Payment is due in full before the scheduled shoot. All sales are final; refunds are not provided. In the event of cancellation, a credit will be issued for use on future services.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation: No fees apply. A credit will be issued for future use.
Rescheduling: Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a $35 rescheduling fee.
3. Delivery
Photography deliverables: within 24 hours.
Videography deliverables: within 36 hours. Delivery times may vary due to project scope, technical issues, or weather delays.
4. Weather
Weather conditions may require rescheduling. We will work with you to arrange the next available time.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
All media created by Aerial Pro Imaging is protected by U.S. copyright law. Aerial Pro Imaging retains full copyright ownership of all images and video unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the sale or lease of the specific property photographed. Media may not be sold, transferred, or reused for other properties, agents, or purposes without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of the media, including transfer of rights to third parties, reproduction beyond the licensed scope, or modification without permission, constitutes copyright infringement. Extended licensing options are available upon request.
